Attended the public meeting last evening.  Several outstanding questions:  will the signalization along Baum, Centre, Morewood, Millvale and Liberty be adjusted to handle the impact of the additional traffic?   This requires coordination between the city and state.  When will this occur?  Is it possible to deal with this signalization ASAP and have smart signilization that will deal with the already over burdened streets?   Will signage be put up in residential areas stating "no through traffic" so residents of Bloomfield, Oakland, Hill, and Polish Hill at least have some sense that the project will not totally disrupt the summer and fall?  Finally, given the construction at the corner of Liberty and Baum Blvd of the apartments, and construction along Baum of Arby's - will this all be coordinated?   Is there any way possible that parking can be completely removed from Baum during this period of time?   It would certainly help.  Thank you.  I look forward to a timely responde.
